All bookings and artwork for the Spring/Summer issue due February 3rd, and for the Fall/Winter issue they are due August 31st.
There are several ways that you can participate in Canadian Student Magazine: Classic ads, profiles, advertorials, testimonials. Pick one or a few that you think best suit your budget and maximize your exposure to the Canadian market. Canadian Student Magazine publishes its Fall/Winter issue in September and its Spring/Summer issue in March.
With any paid option of a half page or more, you can submit a Student Testimonial and/or Hot Off the Press announcement at no extra charge. That is up to $500 of value for free! As well, when you book for multiple issues, you receive a discount. **
Once you have chosen, please fill out the booking and either fax back to us or send to us via email.

Profiles
Institution Presentation
The profile allows you to present facts and figures on a uniform template, as well as free-style written information about your institution. On each page of the profile, you can include up to three graphics such as photos and info boxes. The free-style portion of your profile can consist of approximately 500 words, but consider that the more graphics you choose to use, the less space for your written profile. Subsequent pages allow for three full columns of text, with approximately 600-700 words per page, plus two to three graphics each. We will provide you with the facts and figures template for the first page and do the layout for you.

Advertorial
Institutional Article with Self Promotional Editorial
With an advertorial, you have the option to write about topics of your choice in order to showcase your institution and specific features/offerings. The format allows the advertorial to stand alone as an ‘article’ as all text, and your graphics and contact details.
Each page of advertorial text consists of up to 600-700 words plus your graphics and full contact details.

‘Hot Off the Press'
Do you have something exciting to announce to your prospects or industry colleagues who receive Canadian Student Magazine? A new program, vital staff change, an upcoming event, or new services? Student Testimonial
Let word-of-mouth work for you. Invite a past participant to sing your praises by asking them to submit a testimonial of up to 100 words about their experience with you. Please include a photo of the student, their name and their program if applicable, and ensure you have their permission to print.
